Collector Class Logs #435
Description
Currently the Collector Class does not allow a lot of optionality in setup around log directory. While the current setup works well for the pipeline, as the Async-request-backend now uses this class, logs are unnecessarily created causing some difficulty around removing them later on.
An option that allows the log directory to be changed/added without the date folder added on or alternatively for the logs to not be created within this class at all could be useful.
