The export_to_csv.py -a / --all option causes some information loss of existing public spaces (openbare ruimte), for example streets that have no addresses. It would be great if it was possible to export a list of all active public spaces, irregardless of the presence of address nodes.
Due to this information loss, the option name '--all' can be a bit misleading, it is all addresses and building, but not all (active) BAG-data.
