Provide access to taxonomies

Enhance data with taxonomies and translate between the communities (e.g. DRR). Useful for pop-ups in frontend.

Open Questions:

• Own component providing taxonomies?
• Semantic data and metadata sufficient? (see links above)
• For what use case semantic translation shall happen?
• How the taxonomies (from SEI's connectivity hub) shall be provided?

A first prototypical implementation is integrated into the frontend. For two terms explanatory data from the Connectivity Hub API is requested and visualized in a popup.
As next steps, a list of terms has to be defined and scope notes should be integrated.
