Try streaming video example to broadcast server webcamera error

Hello, i am trying to use the streaming video example but it fails.

When i visit the http://127.0.0.1:8080 from my browser then there is a video element. After 2 seconds the server camera led is on the video is in loading mode but it never plays.

What may cause this?

There is no browser console error.
There is no python error.

No i give up with python rtcbot.

I had the same problem and solved it this way:

web.run_app(app, loop=asyncio.get_event_loop())

This prevents that aiohttp starts a new event loop. Probably the same as in #43
