Propagation of Uncertainty - Degrees of freedom for pooled uncertainty

A small revision to the paper could be add a paragraph that describes how to estimate the degrees of freedom for the pooled uncertainty from the source measurements (Welch–Satterthwaite equation), which facilitates computation of confidence intervals for derived quantities.
