Functions to convert spacy back to jsonl

I can probably do that. But why you need this feature?

Here are the steps I want to do in a project:

• download jsonl from doccano
• convert jsonl to spacy
• apply rules and update annotations on spacy
• convert spacy to jsonl
• upload jsonl to doccano
• check annotations manually and update exceptions

I might repeat this procedure and update my dataset iteratively.
(Maybe, I can also add new sentences in spacy to update my dataset.)
