We've recently moved Spectre.Console.Cli, which is a part of the Spectre.Console project out to its own repository to be able to version them separately: https://github.com/spectreconsole/spectre.console.cli

Would it be possible to add the CLA bot to this repository?

Hi @patriksvensson

One potential complication usually the agreements with the .NET Foundation are on a per repo basis. So if a new repo becomes (not just a rename of the original) technically there might have to be a new deed.

This just avoids confusion we've had in the past where repos were added to the foundation without the consent of the original author.

I see the problem. For us, moving the code out to a separate repository is a way for us to version them differently (and decouple them a bit), but we still consider it a part of the Spectre.Console project.

Is there anyway we can add some amendment to the existing deed explaining that it's one project but just two repos? Or any other solution.

Yeah I believe it can just be an amendment rather than having to go through a fresh formal process since it originated from the same project. Something @ChrisSfanos can help with.
