Mac installation icons missing

OS: MacOS Catalina 10.15.5
installed with: treeline-3.1.2.tar.gz python install.py

problem: no icons appear in the toolbar

When checking the directory treeline is installed to there is the icons sub directory missing. Copying the directory from the tar into the install dir solves the problem.

It is not clear if this is a problem of treeline-3.1.2.tar.gz or Catalina. Under High Sierra (10.13) I installed it over an older installation.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a MacOS machine and don't know a lot about them.

I'll consider applying a simple patch if you can develop and thoroughly test it.
