Fix ObsidianReviewBot feedback for plugin approval

Required Changes for Plugin Approval

The ObsidianReviewBot has flagged the following issues that need to be fixed before our plugin can be approved:

Security Issues

• Remove innerHTML/outerHTML DOM manipulation (2 locations)

Code Quality Issues

• Replace console.log statements with console.warn/error/debug (17 locations)
• Fix async functions without await expressions (2 functions)
