Installation and Files with extensions other than php.

1. In your installation instructions you write "Each opened folder in project will be indexed."
   What do you mean by "opened" folder? My project has a number of libraries, each with deep subtrees. Do i have to index them all one by one?
2. All my files have extension .inc. Is there any way to index them?

PS. by "clicking two times button2 holding ..." you mean (what most people have as) right button? right? :)
