Only indexing 1 file?

I've jsut installed this package, but when I run ctrl-k, ctrl-i it says "Indexing Files. Remaining: 1". It then completes and says it's ok, but cannot find any of the functions. Everything in my project is contained under 1 folder, which is added to the project. I'm using Sublime Text 2.0.1, Build 2217 on OSX 10.8.4. Thanks!

Packege indexing only file with .php extension. Check if you do not have a .PHP or .inc files you want to index.

Would it be possible to make this configurable, or at least to add .module as a possible filetype? I'm a drupal developer, and it would be nice if it indexed my module files.
