Hi and thanks for the tool!

Would you accept a PR to:

• Drop support for .NET 5 and .NET 6
• Add support for .NET 8 and .NET 9
• Add Github Actions CI

!35 is a PR to support net8. There's been no response from @drwatson1 on any PR or Issue I can see since July of 2024. I think most of us are using this DOTNET_ROLL_FORWARD approach when running the command.
