support for multiple options in select field

It seems support for the multiple attribute, and passing an array of selected items is not supported for <select> fields.

Happy to accept a PR for this if it's important to you. I don't use this library anymore and not really dedicating any time to maintenance.

Turns out, my requirements no longer need the multiple option and no point in working on an unmaintained project.
I'll leave the ticket open in case someone else wants to pick it up I guess..
