Enable advanced T-SQL in Firehose #510

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Insights > Monitoring > Health > Ecommerce data, the health checks show failing records in the UI, but the underlying SQL can’t be executed in Firehose (uses cursor/loops, dynamic SQL EXEC, sys.*). This makes it impossible to reproduce results in Firehose or export failing rows.
Describe the solution you'd like
Extend Firehose SQL runner to support:
- cursor/loops
- dynamic SQL (EXEC)
- sys.* metadata queries
Describe alternatives you've considered
Running simplified queries manually where possible or relying on UI-only drilldowns. Neither is practical for automation, troubleshooting, or exports.
