Using the Live Integration to connect to BC, BC sometimes return an "Internal Server Error":
An error occurred while calling CalculateOrder (ID: WEBORDER1518, CreateOrder: True) from Web Service: 'Internal Server Error Response: You cannot sell Item 16787 because the Sales Blocked check box is selected on the Item card.'.
Would it be possible to store this response in a new field, such as "ERP Last Response," on the order record?
This would enable us to build a customer-facing dashboard that highlights orders failing to be created in BC, along with the specific reasons for failure.
