Bug in eSteem Mobile App (iOS v.1.6.0): Notifications not functioning #343
Description
Expected behavior
Whenever someone votes, comments and reblogs your posts; usually it appears in the notifications of your smartphone, especially in the top portion of the screen. This also applies when someone mentions you in a comment or post and when someone follows you.
Actual behavior
When someone makes a transaction say, makes a comment in one of your post, there is no notification coming from the application.
How to reproduce

Go to your phone's Settings.

For eSteem, set it to "Allow Notifications".

Open eSteem application.

Go to Settings.

In Notifications menu, toggle to the right the options for Vote, Comment, Follow, Mention and Reblog; that would be the transactions for which user would get notifications.

Using another account, try doing transaction, for example, comment in one of your post.

After successfully commenting using another account, the bug appears for which the application doesn't notify the user.

Browser/App version: eSteem Mobile App Version 1.6.0 and Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) (for replicating the bug)
