Support tree queries for a given time range #36
Description
Right now the fetching of a timegraph tree, xy tree (see #28) and data tree (future), doesn't allow providing a time range to query. Instead it queries the data for the full trace range. This tracker is to provide an API to supply times_requested array with a start and end timestamp as defined in the TSP.
