The item label of some `RequirementUsage` and `RequirementDefinition` compartments is not right

In frames, require constraints, and assume constraints compartment, item label should display:

1. the name of the reference usage only if the ConcernUsage or Constraintusage do not have a name
2. their name and the reference subsetting label

For example with frames compartment:
