Description and Minimal Reproduction [REQUIRED]

Manually stopping and starting evam pipelines throws an error.
Repro steps below

1. Connect multiple cameras (some ONVIF and some USB)
2. Stop all default running evam piplines on sample ui by pressing stop (red button)
3. From sample app UI, stope and start evam pipelines (randomly choose any pipeline on any camera).

Expected behavior: Stopping and starting of evam pipeline works on all cameras without any issues
Actual behavior: Intermittently starting of evam pipeline gives an error
