cant someone make a subscription with pypaystack?

Hi! As much as i love this package, it has not been updated in a while if not support for subscriptions will have been added. I forked this project to create a new one as pypaystack2 it has the support for subscriptions if it still something you'll need. https://pypi.org/project/pypaystack2/

Hi! I just got a message from someone trying to use pypaystack2 about a bug. "error importing Optional from optparse". that's my fault. if you're experiencing the same issue i've fixed it in the version 1.0.1.
