Resolution resets every start

Every time I start SEF with wine it resets the resolution to 800x600 or something like this. After I edited some values in SEF/System/Swat4x.ini to my desired res (in this case 1080p) it starts in this res. It seems that either it doesn't save the res set in game or it changes it back every start.
Now that it works the game starts much slower and to grab the mouse I still need to manually change the res to something else and then change back.
