pytest warnings

Describe the bug:

During testing under Py3.13 and 3.14 in a Debian build environment, I'm getting many warnings, including DeprecationWarnings and PytestUnraisableExceptionWarnings. Could someone please look into these and patch them?

To Reproduce

pytest running on Debian Package build.

Environment (please complete the following information)

• OS: Debian sid
• Python version: 3.13 and 3.14
• Framework and version [e.g. Django 2.1]: gbp-buildpackage

Some of the DeprecationWarnings are raised by testing deprecated code, others are from the dependencies (pytest-tornado), most of the UserWarnings are also from our tests using fixtures that do not match the specs.

The PytestUnraisableExceptionWarnings are race conditions between the gzip module and the garbage collector and it's not trivial to track. I've fixed some in d3d505a but not all.

Do you have anything specific in mind? I'd gladly take patches for the UserWarning: * not found in JSON spec to reduce some clutter.

The problem 'PytestUnraisableExceptionWarning' is located in elasticapm/transport/base.py, lines 221-223.

def _init_buffer(self):
    buffer = gzip.GzipFile(fileobj=io.BytesIO(), mode="w", compresslevel=self._compress_level)
    return buffer

In my opinion, the same approach used here as in tests/fixtures.py, employing a with statement.
