Using the Kwin compositor/window manager, setting frame horizontal percentage to less than 100% causes sporadic undesired placement or bad sizing of Equake frames

Setting equake-size-width to something other than 1.00 in Kwin (e.g. KDE Plasma 5) sometimes causes Equake frames to open up at a smaller size than specified, and off-centre.
