Enhancements : live stream and mp4box decryption tool support

Hi,

I know Dash-Mpd-Cli does not support true live streaming.
However, I've written a Python script that does.
I can share it with you if you're interested in incorporating it into Dash-MPD-CLI.

Would it be possible to add the mp4box decryption tool? It's similar to mp4decrypt and Shaka Packager, and it supports more decryption methods.

I'll give you a very simple solution.
Simply locate the last segment of the manifest.
Then, in a loop, retrieve and parse the manifest, every X seconds (manifest polling parameter, sometimes 2 seconds, sometimes 4 seconds, ...) and list and download the last published segments.
