Unexpected selection behaviour in Panels example

Describe the bug

In the Panels example on https://egui.rs, I noticed, that if you start selecting from the bottom right, and then move the cursor to top left, it selects the text in a really interesting manner.

Expected behavior

I'm not sure what the behaviour should be for a case like this, but what I COULD expect, is that if I moved from one panel to another, then it would stop selecting the text on the previous panel, and instead start selecting on the panel it is now on.
