Cython error + compilation error

$ brew info quantlib
quantlib: stable 1.12 (bottled), HEAD

$ pip3 show cython
Name: Cython Version: 0.27.3

brew info boost
boost: stable 1.66.0 (bottled), HEAD

Python 3.6.4

MacOS latest version.

I first tried to python3 setup.py install with HEAD, failed with this error.

Then I tried with this commit (got the idea from this Issue), and got the following output, with an error in the end.

I hope this information helps, please let me know if there's anything else.

This should have been fixed with commit 80e8612. Let us know if you still have the issue with master.
