errors after installing from p2

I tried installing into an existing eclipse 2021-06:

eclipse.buildId=4.20.0.I20210611-1600
java.version=11.0.11
java.vendor=Red Hat, Inc.
BootLoader constants: OS=linux, ARCH=x86_64, WS=gtk, NL=en_GB
Framework arguments:  -product org.eclipse.epp.package.embedcpp.product
Command-line arguments:  -data file:/home/user1/eclipse-workspaces/epp/ -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86_64 -product org.eclipse.epp.package.embedcpp.product

error log shows the following:
