Feature Request: also build for arm64 architecture

In an effort to reduce our costs by migrating several of Jenkins infrastructure services to arm64, I've created a PoC for running mirrorbits on arm64: jenkins-infra/docker-mirrorbits#18

It would be nice to configure the build of this repository to also produce arm64 binaries so we could rely on them for running mirrorbits on arm64.

Not sure where to feedback on that package but it has a dependency on Redis which isn't ideal when you are running multiple instances and want to connect to a single redis instance (as documented here: https://github.com/etix/mirrorbits/#clustering--high-availability)

@timja Good point. I updated the packaged, and moved redis to the Recommends field (rather than Depends). So that it's possible to uninstall redis afterward. Or, you can also install mirrorbits with apt install --no-install-recommends mirrorbits, and redis won't be installed.

The updated package should be available in Debian sid/unstable already

I think sources.debian.org didn't update yet. The latest version of the package is 0.5.1+git20240729.2c92eee+ds1-1. I guess it will show in a few hours or so. Otherwise there's the git repo: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/mirrorbits/-/blob/debian/latest/debian/control?ref_type=heads
