I don't understand your add-on.

With your add-on I created a window with a web page without any toolbar. Good.

But now what ? How I directly launch this web app next time ?

1. if i right click on the url of a page i only have these options:
   cancel
   past
   past and open

2. if i click on the page i get only "popup/merge current page"

This extension allows to configure via extension setting the URLs (with wildcard patterns possible) that always open in the PopUpWindow mode (you obviously have that extension setup already).

If you want to directly start the webapp when starting the browser - configure the browser to open with last pages, then end the browser with file->exit (not with closing the popup or other browser window), and as soon as you open the browser you'll have the "webapp" opened in its popup state.
