Add missing unit tests for next release

Since v1.40, some new features have been merged to the master branch without unit tests.

There is thus a need to implement unit tests for:

• ArgoFloat handling of mono-cycle profile files #590
• Faster ArgoIndex #577
• Improve ArgoIndex query arguments for lon/lat/date/lon_lat #583
