License declaration mismatch

The README declares the license as "Lesser-GPL version 2", but the actual license is for GPLv2.

Also, if LGPL is intended, should specify 2.1 rather than just "2".

I doubt garbagecat is watching this anymore, and as the copyright owner, he's the only one that can declare a fix here. You should email him if you need this with any urgency.

Kent, that license text hasn't touched in quite some time, but the intent was definitely LGPL rather than straight GPL. I'll investigate the current versions of stuff and follow up. Thanks.
