[BUG]cannot connect, no network interface appears

Describe the bug
Set up a current image of pwnagotchi since the old one on pwnagotchi.ai was giving lots of issues. when i booted i never saw a network adapter appear on my computer. am using arch linux and debian.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set up a fresh pwnagotchi install
2. try to connect
3. fail

Expected behavior
ethernet adapter should appear, allowing you to connect to the device.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Pwnagotchi version - latest
• OS version - arch linux and raspbian on the device trying to connect to the pwnagotchi
• Type of hardware - pi zero w

Additional context
IP range 10.0.0.0/24 conflicts with my LAN, i went to change this per instructions at https://pwnagotchi.org/common-issues/index.html but /etc/network/interfaces.d/usb0-cfg does not exist.

okay, strangely on my arch system it does appear, but it uses the IP subnet 10.0.0.0/24 which i already mentioned interferes with other equipment on my LAN. how do i change this? /etc/network/interfaces.d/usb0-cfg does not exist, even though the documentation says otherwise.

rebooted the other pi, it now sees the pwnagotchi but the IP address is still incorrect, even after i manually created the file to try and change it.
