Running Exomiser for a Family with Multiple Samples

Hi developers,
I am working with a family dataset consisting of 5 samples, structured as follows:

Two duos (parent-child pairs)
One single sample

Could you advise on the best approach to run Exomiser as per your recommendations? Specifically, should I run Exomiser separately for each duo and the single sample, or is it better to run it once, specifying the relationships and including a fictional first-generation name to clarify the family structure?
