Does the 1.2.2 security fix apply to MODx Evo 1.2.1 as well?

I just saw this "Security Fix for version 1.2.2 @Dmi3yy dmi3yy released this on Nov 7, 2017".

Does that apply to 1.2.1 as well?

Not sure, think its for 1.2.2. There was a vulnerable dropdown theme.
I don't think 1.2.1 has any known security problems.
