issue with batch downloading

no issues with installing the first custom map when it gets to the second one it gets to about 0.7% then steamcmd starts failing and restarting. after 10 attempts when it closes and relaunches to start up again it goes to 99% and i have to stop the process delete steam apps folder and start the download again. I'm able to reproduce this every time. I've tried running as admin, reinstalling, etc. can't find fix. I'd like to be able to download a bunch of maps at once and walk away from my pc for a few hours, maybe you can find easy fix

I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on my end. I just tested with six different maps/mods downloaded all at once, and everything completed without any problems (you can maybe give me the ids of the maps you tested ,i can give that a try when I'm free):

That said, I want to clarify that this project is essentially just a wrapper around SteamCMD, I don’t have much control over it. The problem you’re describing is a pretty well known issue with SteamCMD itself.

I’ve tried to improve stability by detecting when SteamCMD crashes and resetting it after a certain number of failures, but that workaround doesn’t always work.

In my experience, this kind of issue is more likely to happen with slow or unstable internet connections, or when downloading particularly large maps.
