Recording causes major lag on Zoom #4647

Describe the bug
When I start recording my Zoom call starts being unusably laggy, to the point of almost no video coming through
To Reproduce
Simply start a recording and have Zoom/google meet call start immediately lagging. Using Wisper V3 large local transcription
Expected behavior
No interruption for video/audio
