[BUG]: UI Flickering of the toolbar when "Default Mode" is set to "Edit"

Describe the bug

Description:
This issue was previously discussed on Discord and is being reported here for backlog tracking.

The bug occurs specifically when a user has set the Default Mode to Edit (instead of View) in their User Preferences.

Observed Behavior:
Upon opening a note, the toolbar "blinks" or flickers. Looking at the slow-motion capture, we can see that the toolbar momentarily switches to its "Edit" state (showing the Cancel and Save buttons) for a very brief period before stabilizing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set "Default Mode" to "Edit" in User Preferences.
2. Open any note.
3. Observe the toolbar (containing the note name, folder, save/edit buttons, and formatting options).
