Put the `docker inspect` connect to db solution in the README

I had the same error as here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57109494/unable-to-connect-to-server-pgadmin-4. To fix that error I had to use the IP address found from running `docker inspect docker-compose-postgres-database-1` in pgadmin.
