Templates locked

When in agentverse, creating new agent. All templates are locked, why is that?

Hi,
most likely, the maximum number of agents has been reached. You can check the Stats page to see if you have any remaining hosting agents. If not, you can delete an existing agent to create a new one from a template or you can upgrade your plan to premium if you need more than 5 free hosting agents.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It’s my first time using it and haven’t created any agents yet? I also upgraded my account but still locked?

We looked into this and found and resolved some issues on our side. From your side, if this was your first sign in, it might help to sign out and sign back in again. Otherwise, let us know if the problem is persisting.
