Technology watch: Wikidata REST API

Description of problem

WikiProv uses with Wikimedia API to retrieve provenance information. This works well enough but the approach is a little verbose. Wikimedia Deutschland have been working on a REST API with a view to retrieving information about a single Wikidata entry. If it eventually includes provenance, it will be nicer to use this than the current approach in Wikiprov.
