installation error

when I run this command ./launchme.sh install, it tells me
creating a local python environment...
/Downloads/YeastStrainsStudy/utils/prepsrc.sh: line 44: virtualenv: command not found

Also I tried to access the download links directly, but browser says ''This site can’t be reached''
Please give me some solution to downloads the data.
