Please add an example using an Ethernet connection (no WiFi)


**Describe the solution you'd like**
It seems possible to use this great library with an ethernet board .. if only I knew how.
So I would like a working example using an ethernet connection, self signed certificate and restAPI

**Additional context**
Designing a device that collects data. A central server will periodically sends an API call to these devices.
