Hi! I've been using the filament detector to analyze cytoskeleton motility, and it has been great! One issue I've noticed is that sometimes the detection of the filament is not accurate, and I would like to draw the trace myself and import it. However, when I accurately label the trace in the ROI of a certain frame, the filament detector always imports it as Frame 0, and I cannot change it to the correct frame. This messes up the tracking function. Could you please advise on how I can avoid this issue? Thank you so much!
