Build failing on Travis (deprecated PHP 5.3)

PHP 5.3 is deprecated and thus tests shall be disabled on Travis CI.

Same holds for PHP 5.4 and basically soon for 5.6 as well. http://php.net/supported-versions.php

So PHP 7.1 and 7.2 only options here.
