Unique Cache per Build

Hello,

I've followed this branch over from the original warp project for the fixes in cross platform building quality. I was wondering if it would be possible to merge in a pull request from the original project linked here.

Currently when I wrap my application in warp everything works fine the first time, but if a user deletes the app and re-downloads it a month later the app will never run because of build cache conflicts. I think this would be a strong improvement upon warp that would allow the project to serve several larger use cases.

@DMcConnell If you rebase that PR onto this repository's master branch and submit a PR I'd gladly incorporate it :)
