Add Auto-Update capability for Electron apps

Right now, electron apps have to get updated manually. As we are using electron-builder, which provides (relatively) easy to setup auto-updating capabilities (cf. https://www.electron.build/auto-update), it is feasible to implement such a mechanism here, as well.
