[FEAT] Exclude from income toggle when updating account balance

Description

Upon finishing onboarding, the updates of your account balances are marked as Income. This dilutes the month's statistic. A toggle on all Income transactions to exclude from this month's Income would be of good play.

Flow will not do anything special to prevent initial balance showing up as a transaction. It's unnecessary complication.

It won't be a problem after a while.
