refactor(api): enhance data endpoint with request tracking and metadata
- Add RequestId handling for request tracking across the API lifecycle - Implement ResponseMetadata for GET and PUT responses - Include error handling and logging improvements - Refactor switch cases for better readability and consistency - Add type checks and error responses for invalid request bodies
