enhance circos plot

For now the generated circos plot is very limited.

It should be enhanced with:

• Possibility to add genes of different tools instead of only AMRFinderPlus and VFDB
• Be able to generate plot per contig
• Add the MGE sequences to the plot, for now, only PhiSpy is available
• Generate a plot legend
• TBD
