Out of curiosity, I ran a few tests compiling FORM and running its test suite on systems at https://portal.cfarm.net/, which are not part of our usual testing. Mostly just for information, but perhaps the failing riscv64 case is worth further investigation.
In all cases I used the default configure, without FLINT support.
Working:
Here all tests pass. Occasionally tests are skipped due to memory contraints (test_moebius_3).
